Italian contemporary brand Pinko has reopened its stores and launched a special program that is dedicated to its loyal customers: The Concierge program offers three main services to personalize the shopping experience and is a good approach to connect physical and digital retail.
For customers who prefer to shop from home the first option includes a personal shopper in the boutique, who will try to satisfy the customer’s wish through a live broadcast and can support the customer with styling tips or details about the products. The clothes are worn by a model.
Customers who prefer an in-store experience have the option to reserve an exclusive area in the store. A personal shopper is also on hand to provide advice and will welcome the customer with a small gift.
The last service is dedicated to all customers who like to be surprised. The Surprise Box contains a selection of products that are tailored to the personal preferences of the customer. The brand’s fashion stylists will make a special selection of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories based on the customer’s preferences. The box can be returned free of charge within three days.
The program is aimed at loyal customers (e.g. also those who subscribe to the newsletter). The Surprise Box is by invitation only and therefore only available to an exclusive selection of customers.
